Love the drive from Vta east end to Santa Paula for my favorite food. Using Taco Bell app I placed the order at home drive up to their speaker say it's a app order my name drive forward to the window. Pymt done on app so I get my deliciously made food and head home. Management states it’s illegal to give you their name.instead of resolving a situation they fight over exchanging the correct food for the order (even thought it was a $3 order). Monica is the great! She resolved the issue immediately even though she was on break. View all feedback.
The Santa Paula taco bell is the best taco bell in the country. They are actually awarded the best in the country so it's been official since I believe 2012

Both my son's love coming here. It is still one of their favorite places.
