What Giuseppe Schiller doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
Asked to pull forward and wait for food as 2 other vehicles ahead of me. When the worker came out with food he mixed bags up and customers in cars ahead handled the food by sticking theyre hands in the bags. I advised I wouldn't want the bag that has been handled by non Carl's Jr employees . Guy went in and out in less than 30 seconds stating that it was a new order. The food is great! A special shoutout to Yahir at the drive-thru; he always comes through for us.
I was attended to by Clemencia, who was very friendly. The food was served hot, the restaurant was clean, and the drinks were nice and fresh.
The night staff are incredibly friendly, and my meals always arrive hot and fresh! I highly recommend this restaurant!
