Cava - Santa Monica

My four last Cava visits were in dc, boston, chicago and now santa monica. Yes, I like the place, although I'm generally chain-shifted. I can get exactly what I want, including lenses as a grain base. (I can't make rice and quinoa forever. this location, in pretty scratchy sm, is clean and pleasant

It had collapsed to try. here is my CAVA review. it's pretty direct forward almost food style. they go the line and tell the server what they want in their bowl. I choose the black lenses, rice, regular hummus, tabbouleh and a side of the fried Pita chips. Lenses were hard. everything else was okay, though a bit too lemony. the Pita chips were the most beautiful. ok option if there is nothing else to eat.

Audrey was fantastic and made our first dine-in experience dynamic. We ordered three different "Choose Your Own Bowls" and received fantastic service, great personality, and delicious food! Overall rating: 5/5.

First time here since hearing rave reviews and they did not disappoint. I got the hassani chicken bowl and the kids pita with chicken. The bowl was delicious and very filling and I couldn't finish it all. All the ingredients tasted very fresh. The kids pita comes separated in a tray that you assemble yourself. They come with some delicious pita chips that were so flavorful, I even went back to purchase more. Besides the food, the customer service was excellent. Overall, I would definitely come back again.

20 min before closing they have nothing but brown rice and a few toppings. There were three people who were trying to order and they said they weren’t even making or hadn’t made rice. They had run out EARLIER than 20 min before closing.If you are not going to cook food for customers until closing you all should just CLOSE EARLY.Literally asked earlier what time they closed, came after work, 20 min to spare and they had nothing and didn’t care about having nothing.Absolutely inexcusable
