This place is actually disgusting, coming from someone who LOVES wetzel’s pretzels. 2nd time I come here and the pretzels have been a nasty mess. I just bought the cinnamon and sugar bites and the pretzels were burnt, hard and cold. I don’t really put bad reviews unless I have a really bad experience. Definitely don’t recommend it

Ordered my pretzel bits I have no idea if she salted them with her BARE hands but she came back with her hands dripping with oil ?? She gave them to me in a paper bag that had the oil pouring through I had to ask her for another bag, they were not even edible, they were pure oil. I tossed them away .
I just got a thing of pizza bites and was shocked at how stale they tasted. Being within an hour of close is not an excuse for poor quality of product.
Very rude employees, on their phone as they serve you. Pretzels are always doughy and not clean.
