Sweet Lady Jane Bakery - Feedback

What Mary N likes about Sweet Lady Jane Bakery:
I do love the triple berry cake. My family requests it every time it's my turn to bring desserts. The strawberry rhubarb pie and the apple pie are also great. All pricey, but I get them pretty much for most holidays/occasions.Reason for the four stars is that the service is always just ok. **Pros:** The location is excellent, the portions are generous, and the presentation of the dishes is impressive. **Cons:** We ordered a slice of carrot cake and an apple pie, but the cinnamon flavor was overpowering. **Negatives:** The customer service was extremely disappointing. I was the only customer in the restaurant, and neither of the two staff members acknowledged my presence. I had to ask two or three times before someone finally took my order. When I inquired about a menu, they condescendingly told me that “nobody uses physical menus anymore” and suggested I check their Instagram account instead. It felt like I was dealing with someone who didn’t care about the business. Overall, I would rate this experience 2 out of 5, largely due to the poor service.
