What User doesn't like about Subway:
As far as subway restaurants go, they know what to expect. However, what really ruined my experience was the fact that even though I purchased two sandwiches, I was not allowed to get a water cup or use the restroom. The Subway sandwich that you order and receive looks nothing like what is shown on television, similar to Charles Barkley. On TV, the sandwich appears thick, but in reality, it is thin with an excessive amount of lettuce, making it seem like food for a rabbit. This is total false advertising.
The employees at this restaurant are terrible. The service is extremely disorganized, and I had to wait while the two employees made sandwiches for three other people before I could pay for mine, which had been sitting there. The female employee in particular had a bad attitude and it was clear that she did not want to be working there. This reflected in how she treated customers. The portion sizes were very small compared to other Subway locations I have visited. The oven was not at the correct temperature and could barely melt the cheese, let alone toast the stale bread. The thick plexiglass window made it difficult to understand the workers, who mumbled and seemed uninterested. I would not recommend going to this location.
My son, who is a loyal customer of SUBWAY and always pays for his meals, visited a SUBWAY near Santa Monica Pier today after a 4-mile run and 100 pushups. He asked the lady at the counter for a glass of water, but she rudely refused. It is disappointing to see such lack of kindness and customer service from someone working in the service industry. It is unfortunate that some people do not value their customers or show basic human decency.
They add so little portions on sandwich not like any other subway for the price they charge the workers have attitude the worst customer service who training and hiring this people please use a speaker to hear all that money you guys charge on sandwiches and have your workers yelling as I was eating there about 4 customers complain
Solid 3 stars. The sandwich was edible but the rest wasnt good. They burned my bread, service was alright but I had to repeat every single word I say.They dont have restroom and the price is higher than at other locations. This is the first subway I see employee use exactly scoop measurement and wont put you any gram extra of tuna lol.
