We had a great time at Shirube. The food was amazing, the vibe was cool, and the people working there were super nice and attentive. We sat at the bar and it was fun to watch them chef it up. Get the corn ribs!

The pork belly in the kakuni taco was so tender. The duck breast was succulent and the yuzu kosho added just the right amount of heat. The only miss was the chicken karage could have been crispier. Highly recommend. Although we don't live close by, it was worth the drive.
