Papille Gustative - Santa Monica

I enjoyed Sunday brunch with my best friend and godson. We sat out in the garden patio. The food was fresh ,flavorful and great portions with colorful presentation. We ordered the Avocado Toast, Salmon Benedict and kids pancakes! My godson loved his pancake and his “yummy” lemonade! Though there were a confusion w/the online ordering at the table, the staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

I signed up for the special Thanksgiving meal that started at Noon. I called there 3 times to confirm my reservation and make sure we were getting the special Thanksgiving menu that was advertised thru their site and Open Table. When I got there they said the menu was not available and I had to order everything thru my phone. We also couldn’t find a decent table where the sun wasn’t beating down on us. Lastly the omelette tasted over done like rubber. They made themselves look like a fancy French restaurant but there was nothing French about the food or the staff including the manager I spoke with over the phone. It just looks like a casual coffee shop.

My eggs were hard poached on the duck Benedict, also others were doing eating at my table before I even got my meal. There is no service just food delivery and they automatically include the tip on the order. Only table size for 2 and I had a party of three, good thing we didn’t order drinks. Will never ever go back again!

Delicious super fresh ingredients. Very attentive staff even with a few tech glitches with their menu scanning software. Highly recommend for Sunday brunch. Will be back for sure.

We had many options to celebrate my friend's birthday and we're so glad we chose Papille Gustative. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was happy and fun and the food was delicious! Don't miss the halibut! We loved everything about it. Will definitely go back and will definitely recommend it to friends.
