One diner complained of a meat lasagna that tasted like paste and was met with indifferent and unapologetic service. Another diner experienced an unapologetic waitress who mixed up orders and brought out incorrect entrees. Others were frustrated by the restaurant being closed despite reservations and lack of communication. Numerous complaints about lack of apologies and poor customer service suggest a disregard for patrons' experiences. Overall, the restaurant was deemed a waste of time and a terrible dining experience.
Our Valentine's Day was completely ruined last night. Despite the fact that this restaurant is no longer in business, I was still able to book a reservation through Open Table and received multiple confirmation notifications leading up to last night. After being dropped off by Uber, we found ourselves stranded on the street, unsure of what to do next. Since I already had an "existing reservation," I was unable to make a new one elsewhere. Our Valentine's Day and two-year anniversary were ruined, and we had newlyweds with us who had flown out for the first time to visit California. This was a major disappointment caused by Open Table, and we are unsure how this oversight was allowed to happen.
The restaurant has closed down. Please remove it from the list.
We made reservations on OpenTable and drove all the way from the valley on a Saturday night only to arrive at the restaurant and find it closed. This is not acceptable.
The restaurant decided to close on christmas eve due to electrical issues but didn 't inform me. My whole family was in town for the holidays and we showed up to the restaurant only to find out once we arrived it was closed. Horrible service and they never apologized even after a feedback email and voicemail.
Our Valentine's Day was completely ruined last night. This restaurant is no longer available, I could make a reservation here and got several notifications from Open Table in the days that until last night confirm my reservation and tell me that I am ready for it. We left here in a Uber and then we're stuck on the street and try to decide what to do. And because I already had a “existing reservation” I could not make a new one anywhere else. Our Vday/2-year anniversary was ruined and we had with us who ran out this day to see California for the first time. So go to Open Table, not sure how that could happen.
