Have been coming here for years. Hands down the best veggie burger. Even my meat eating son approves. Recommended dishes vegetarian: spinach artichoke, grilled artichoke, kale cashew salad, French fries, veggie roll macadamia. Great service. My son loves their ribs. View all feedback.
One of my fav CA Cuisine restaurants. Great food and service and location (Wilshire 2nd St. The Hawaiian ribeye is the best. Perfect char and cooked to your liking. It comes w fries. The spinach artichoke dip, cashew Kale salad were also amazing. Martini was perfectly chilled. My biggest suggestion is reserve ahead of time especially Friday and Saturdays. Reservations only for 1 to 4 persons. If your group is larger than 4, then it's waiting list only. So expect a 90 min wait on a Saturday night! We had a party of 3. Perfect. We arrived a little early but werent seated for another 15 to 20 min. But it's worth the wait. Parking: Santa Monica has many 4-5 parking structures that offer free 90-min parking. We went over by 20 min and the extra charge was only $2. Very reasonable. The closest lot is on 2nd street, between Wilshire and Arizona.

Service was 11. Great food and wonderful atmosphere.
I went there with my family for lunch and they welcomed us knowing I had 3 boys with the ages of 6, 3 and 2. My 3 year old son, being a child, was standing on his chair and taking in a loud voice. I do think anyone was bothered as we were siting in a corner and my son wasn’t approaching anyone. The waiter came by to ask nicely my son to sit and talk in a lower voice and we agreed with that and asked him gently to sit guiltily. However at the third time the waiter came with a bill and gave us a warning that this is the last time he asks us that a year old boy sits down quietly. Knowing that we initially agreed with him and tried what else could we do. This was very very disrespectful, the manger agreed that the way it was done was not correct however that that was the policy. But it so let us know at the beginning that kids welcomed. They ruined our family lunch that we were looking forward to and put us out the door. Very disrespectful. Last time we go and I don’t think anyone with a family should go either.
Nothing but love for this location. The food and service is always great. Spinach dip, ribs, sushi, Dings crispy chicken, deserts everything is delicious.
