We stayed at Casa Molinari for the last of the year and had dinner with the evening menu. A few times I happened to eat so well for New Year I also asked for the bis of the calves .. and I must say that also the other courses were not less. Excellent veal fillet really outstanding. When I left for Bertinoro, I wasn't hoping to find a place like this to dine. The farm is very nice and very well cared for, but the real berry is Elisa and her family: really excellent cuisine and all served with the kindness of the real professionals passionate about their work. If he was near where I live, I'd go every week!
