Revolution Bakery 100% Gluten-free Santa, Fe New Mexico

Due to my celiac disease, I always search for bakeries while traveling. It's rare to find a place that is entirely gluten-free. Celestial was a delightful discovery!

I visited this bakery for the first time, and being from Texas, I bought a variety of items since gluten-free bakeries can be hard to find. Unfortunately, the lemon treats weren't very good; the texture was off and it was kind of foamy with barely any lemon flavor. The heel flakes turned into a gooey mess, and all I could taste was the dough. The cinnamon rolls were decent but could use more frosting and had a chewy texture. On a positive note, the Oreo brownies were fantastic! Overall, it's an okay bakery, but it could use some improvements.

We heard that the gluten-free croissants were amazing, but by 9:30 they were already sold out. However, we tried some other delicious gluten-free baked goods!

My mother and I have both celiac and we never had a reaction of these wonderful tasty bakery. many thanks for the hard work, revolution, it is so amazing to have tasty bites that is safe for a celiac to eat!

Gluten-free heaven! Lots of vegan options as well. They seem to have mastered gluten-free baked goods and that makes me happy.
