Kfc - Santa Fe

The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. It wasn't busy at all; in fact, I was the only customer dining in. Ordering was simple and fast at the counter, and my meal was served almost immediately after I ordered. The food was decent.

The posted hours indicate that the restaurant is open until 10 PM. I arrived at 6 PM, and as I approached the front door, a staff member with a rather unprofessional demeanor locked it and walked away, leaving me and a couple of other customers waiting outside. To make matters worse, there was an hour-long wait in the drive-thru as well. It’s disappointing to see that many other KFC locations are experiencing similar issues, seemingly staffed by rude millennials who lack basic courtesy. It might be time to look for better dining options that prioritize customer service and make patrons feel welcome, rather than driving them away.

The service was fantastic! A special shoutout to the manager, Refugio (I hope I spelled his name correctly), for being incredibly helpful and attentive. I encountered some issues with my order, but he was very polite and assisted me in resolving them. He is certainly well-respected.

Went to the drive thru at 2105, 9;05 pm worker stated we are closed. Internet says open till 2200 or 10 pm. The pandemic has given big corp. A license to lie and deceive. Someone told me to call before you go. Fat chance. No one will answer. Won't be back

Great place for a chicken dinner. My wonderful neighbor is sick. When you get a chicken dinner in this situation. What a blessing. ?????????s up!!!
