EXCELLENT FOOD SERVICE, and I wholeheartedly vote for it as the BEST FOOD TRUCK IN SANTA FE! Chef Ever Paz, the former head chef of the iconic El Farol restaurant, serves up delicious dishes from his bright red El Sabor Spanish Tapas Food Truck located at 518 Old Santa Fe Trail, right at the intersection of Paseo de Peralta, directly across from Kanes neighborhood grocery and Capital Coffee. Both Ever and his wife hail from Central America, bringing authentic Latin American Spanish cuisine with quality and flair to this wonderful food truck. Since my first visit over a year ago, El Sabor has become my favorite food truck and, quite honestly, my favorite restaurant as well. Other customers seem to share my enthusiasm, as El Sabor quickly rose to become one of the top-rated food trucks in Santa Fe shortly after opening. Ever and his wife Anna are warm and welcoming hosts. My top picks include their ribeye skewers, shrimp tacos, the pastrami Reuben (a unique twist), and their chicken tortilla soup, which is packed with chicken, tortillas, veggies, and fresh avocado (also a unique twist). Out at Santa Fe Brewing Company's new Spot The Bridge and the food smelled really good. Extensive menu for El Sabor. I have chickenfajita plates and it was brilliant! Best Fajitas I've ever had in New Mexico! Mucho gusto. Keep up the great food, service and price. Where you go, I'll be there.

The most delicious food we had in Arizona! This truck is near the main shopping area, but far enough that you can relax while you eat. Fish Tacos were absolutely amazing!

Had lunch at Tapas y Masss for the first time. FABULOUS. I highly recommend this food truck. The portions are generous and prices reasonable. The food could not be better.

This is my go-to spot for Taco Tuesday, though I could eat here any day of the week. I also really enjoy the Mr. Polnischer Hot Dog. The staff is always friendly, and the place is bustling, even at lunchtime.
