What Mitchell Craven doesn't like about Chicken Express:
Not sure what this stores problem is? Can they not read? Is it a counting issue? Speaker or intercom problem? Every time my wife or myself go there they get the order wrong. Not every now and then not most of the time every time. Now when you call to complain they are nice and offer to take care of it but I am not driving back from Hitchcock for them to correct my order. Have been going there for awhile and have never had bad service. Sandee the GM is always teaching and showing employees way to help customers. Her employees are so polite and courteous. I am 60 years old and will say she has done a great job teaching and training her employees. View all feedback.
