What Mitchell Craven doesn't like about Chicken Express:
Not sure what this stores problem is? Can they not read? Is it a counting issue? Speaker or intercom problem? Every time my wife or myself go there they get the order wrong. Not every now and then not most of the time every time. Now when you call to complain they are nice and offer to take care of it but I am not driving back from Hitchcock for them to correct my order. Fried chicken and fried fish and fried potatoes and fried okra and fried hush puppies and fried ......I can say they fry my food pretty good.
Best chicken around. Always fresh and they give the biggest military discount of all other fast food places. Never have to wait in drive through long. They are always friendly. Love our Santa Fe, TX Chicken Express!
