Baskin-robbins - Santa Fe

My friend and I love coming here for our favorite bubble rubber ice cream.

Was there four days ago at their opening hour of 11am to order birthday cake. Set up order to pick up at 11:00 am 12/1. Got there at 11:05 to find that NOW they don't open until noon. As a business owner I respect my customer's time, obviously Baskin Robbins does not care that I had to rearrange my appointments since I could not find anyone to pick up the cake for me. Back at store at 12:22 and still not open if I hadn't already prepaid they could keep the cake!

The hours online are incorrect!! They close at 7 Mon-Thurs but online it says 9. Drove all the way when no one would answer the phones!

Been here twice in the past month. Have seen employees not using gloves during this crises. Both were masked but were handling ice cream containers without gloves! I asked them about this and the one who served me put some on only then? Also the one who served me ice cream should have still washed her hands before putting the gloves on? *I work in the hospitality business and notice these things!!!

I visited the restaurant last night, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to a young lady with glasses who was very rude. It seemed like she was irritated by every customer. When I spoke to the manager, she claimed to be the manager herself and was also quite rude and unprofessional. Additionally, she and her co-worker were seen talking negatively about other customers, which I found very unprofessional for a service-oriented business.
