Although it's located at a busy intersection of Soquel and Trevethan, the parking entrance is on the quieter Trevethan street. While there isn't a designated parking lot, there is plenty of on-street parking available. The restaurant itself is similar to any other Subway, offering the same menu and level of service. Petra was in a very bad mood and was very rude. She grabbed the sandwich bread and smashed it down flat. Then I ordered a sandwich from a promo coupon for the new capicola sandwich and she said we couldn’t use it. The coupon clearly excluded certain sandwiches and items and she still refused. Excellent service and fresh vegetables! The place was clean and well-organized. I will definitely return.
The restaurant is very clean, and the service is excellent and fast. They also accept the coupons you receive via email. I plan to try their soups next—can't wait!

Hire more people!! And stop making your online/phone orders the priority. What about the people who are actually in-person? I literally just waited behind a huge line of online/phone orders without even being acknowledged. Hi hellllo??! Treat your employees better Subway your in-person customers. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of less is because your employees are awesome.
