What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Ordered a venti iced caramel latte with an extra shot of expresso, but received a grande hot caramel latte no extra shot of expresso. Asked them to remake 3 times and still got it wrong. I decided to just leave instead of asking again. View all feedback.
The state of California requires restaurants to provide restrooms for their customers. I am disappointed that many Starbucks locations have not reopened their dine-in options, resulting in unavailable restrooms for customers. It seems like Starbucks has used the pandemic as an excuse to convert many of their stores into drive-thrus, which was not part of their original business plan. I urge them to return to their normal operations, offering fully equipped coffee shops with dining areas and accessible restrooms. Despite this issue, the staff was friendly and attentive, unlike other restaurants where water requests are often dismissed. Unfortunately, my coffee cup had a damaged edge, likely from the lid falling off while I was in my car. Coffee cannot be served in cups with damaged edges as the lid will not stay on, which is something professional coffee servers should be aware of. Serving hot coffee in defective containers is unacceptable.

Sometimes the service may take a bit longer than expected, but the staff is always very friendly and accurate with my order.
I have to pass it over to keep it consistent. always get what they expect and I really appreciate this thing. I use the mobile app to order ahead and simply cannot thank the exhausted enough because how much time I save by not having to wait in the line
