While some patrons rave about the flavorful Chile Verde and satisfying burritos, others express disappointment, describing watery guacamole and lackluster tacos that resemble "wet cat food." The vibrant atmosphere and friendly service are often highlighted, though the absence of restrooms may be a drawback for some. With a blend of positive and negative experiences, La Palmas remains a local staple, inviting diners to explore its offerings with caution. Ultimately, the quest for the perfect burrito continues.
A simple taco bar near the Boardwalk that offers affordable prices and a good variety of vegetarian options. I tried their...
The burritos were delicious, and the salsas were outstanding. The red salsa was particularly spicy and flavorful, making it perfect for the burritos. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends.
LOL, the prices listed on the menu do not include the inflation tax, so your meal may end up costing more. I am currently searching for the best super burrito in town.
Awesome food! Tacos are delicious. The place looks like a total dive but it's always got a line. That's what got us to try it initially, the line out the door at 10 am. Never disappointed.
Been eating here for 40 years! The best Chili Verde anywhere and the homemade salsa is fire! Soooo good! I found out I can get it to go, in cups, cold and just pack it in the ice chest. Had em for lunch today, after passing through Santa Cruz yesterday.
