It’s my neighborhood market. I don’t give it 5 stars because there isn’t a butcher or fish counter. BUT there is a good selection of beef, pork , chicken and fish (usually salmon). The cheese section is ample and there’s a small selection of brined goodies. The deli section with coffee and smoothie/juice bar has tasty options. This store feels like a smaller version of Whole Foods, with a more limited selection. Their deli offers the basic salads and hot foods, but the variety is somewhat restricted. However, for a downtown location, they have a surprisingly large parking lot in the back, which is very convenient. It's a great spot to grab a quick meal.
I really enjoy this restaurant. They offer a great selection, and I think they do a better job than Whole Foods. However, I will note that their prices are a bit on the higher side.
New Leaf Pacific offers top-notch quality and craftsmanship in food, especially for EBT customers in downtown. They even heat up cold meals for you! My sandwich expert, Chris, has taken me on an enlightening journey through the world of sandwiches, crafting each one into a beautiful masterpiece that not only looks amazing but tastes incredible, thanks to the care he puts into each creation. The sunflower sprouts are nothing short of transformative—every sandwich is a must-try with those delightful sprouts. They add a burst of joy and sunshine to every bite. I made the mistake of forgetting to ask for them today, and I was genuinely upset; it seems I’ve experienced sprouts withdrawal! Thankfully, my ayurvedic healer reassured me that I can order double sprouts on Monday, which brings me peace of mind. I'm grateful for the deli counter’s consistency and their commitment to making a positive difference in the sandwich world. A special mention goes to Troy, who is a fantastic cashier and starts each day with a smile. His upbeat attitude and infectious positivity can brighten anyone's day. Excellent customer service and meticulous attention to detail leave a lasting impression. Thanks, everyone! Namaste.

Security guard roaming. Got some organic tofu for 2.99. made in Salinas. Had their fresh grinded peanut butter. Someone taught me to eat with carrots. I had celery (almost the same). Cashiers and staff were very nice. Organic strawberries, 4.99. Can't wait to try them. Got some nutritional yeast 5.99.
