I already wanted to see one because of this new kiosk near bookshop santa cruz and finally had the chance. they choose two or three sides to go with their taita, a sponge brot like the Ethiopian injera. I chose the cauliflower and mushroom sides and also got a samosa. both stew were very delicious.
