Best dining hall of UCSC despite people saying that 9/10 is the best one... Here they have chocolate chips to add to morning waffles, they always have raspberry yogurt and oven roasted allergen free chicken every day. Staff is always happy and lively. Great atmosphere! Food is barely tangible to eat compared to the other dining halls and is at best mediocre. Rarely food can be good that includes food like pasta and chicken tenders. View all feedback.
If you need food and don't want to die this place is kind of helpful.
My home dining hall. No complaints, generally good food and consistent with the quality. Great WiFi reception and availability of electrical outlets compared to other dining halls on campus. Tried the Crown/Merrill special dish once and it was not to my taste, but others enjoyed it.
They were super nice and working hard, even given how short staffed this pandemic has left them. I really appreciate the workers here!

Once you get over the hill, its actually really good food. Very fresh and different from the other dining halls
