Cafe Brasil - Santa Cruz

Every time I visit Santa Cruz, this is the restaurant where I always eat. The food here is divine, some of the best I've ever had. I especially love their shakes and juices. It's one of the few places where I can choose any dish at random and know it will be great. The staff here are super friendly and great to chat with.

Great experience! Authentic Brazilian food -we are from Brazil, with typical plates as feijoada, muqueca and Prato feito.

Fantastic place. Very generous and delicious portions. The açai bowl was super delicious and very authentic. The juices made me feel that I am in Rio again. The service was super friendly. We will definitely come back to eat here again.

Cute little cafe in Santa Cruz! Absolutely loving the style of the venue. We got lucky with a parking spot behind the restaurant but there's only about 4 spots and a tight squeeze so I recommend parking a little further out and walking. They have both dining and take out which we saw many people do especially for their acai bowls, which are to die for! It was so delicious. We dined in and also had the Avocado a Cavalo, Gallo Pinto, and Veggie Cocota. Good and filling dishes.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of authentic Brazilian dishes that are hard to come by in the bay area. The feijoada is a standout option, served with salad, farofa, and greens. I also sampled the breakfast menu, available all day, and the cocota with eggs and glazed mushrooms was delicious. The only downside was that the spinach seemed a bit undercooked. The fresh juices and smoothies are also a hit, although I have yet to try the açaí bowl. It is recommended to join the Yelp waitlist ahead of time during peak hours. The service is friendly, although not the quickest, but the food comes out promptly. Parking is limited on site, but street parking is available nearby.
