Okay this is pretty good bubble tea! I had the pearl milk tea, 50% sweet. It was perfect, not too sweet, and the pearls were chewy, but not too chewy with a bit of sweetness. I felt it was just lacking a tad of tea taste, But overall this was very good and I would come here again! View all feedback.

I did not receive the topping I ordered and the drink was not good. Despite the apps indicating my order was ready, when I arrived at the store, the drink had not even been started. I will not be returning to this place and would advise others to stay away. View all feedback.

I really like this place, but I feel they are never open. Great flavors and choices, especially the non-caffeinated options, but they aren't open at lunchtime or later evening. Changing the the business hours would make it 5 stars for me.

I adore the wide selection of drinks at this cute little shop near Santa Clara University. The milk teas and smoothies are fantastic and just what I was looking for! They offer a lot of toppings and delicious snacks as well. The only downside is that parking can be a challenge since the shop is located near the downtown area.
The Okinawa tea is delicious, and the boba is very fresh! The owner is also very welcoming.
