Their haleem is a brand product, apart from this I also enjoyed their tandoori dishes. They are generous in their offerings and the dishes are uniquely fresh .... You cant go wrong with them View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pista House:
The restaurant, now known as Brundavan, was not as bad as we expected after the change from Pista House. The food was decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The waiter seemed disinterested in serving us. We ordered thalis, haleem, and chicken 65, and recommend ordering extra rice or roti with the thalis as they come with an abundance of curry. The non-vegetarian buffet at this restaurant was delicious, with two types of biryani (chicken and mutton), three curries (butter chicken, spicy chicken curry, fish curry), and three appetizers (tandoori chicken, hariyali chicken, chicken fry). Both biryanis were tasty, with the spicy chicken curry being the standout. The tandoori chicken with mint chutney was good, although the chicken fry was a bit tough and the hariyali chicken seemed to have artificial coloring. The menu may change weekly. The live counter for Aapam was a highlight, especially when paired with the chicken curry in coconut milk. The vegetarian options in the buffet were not as impressive. For takeout, the mutton dum biryani was flavorful and well-spiced.
I ordered two items for takeout from this restaurant - Chicken Biryani and Shahi Dum Ka Chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken biryani was very dry and most of the chicken pieces were burnt black and inedible. The Shahi Dum Ka Chicken I received had a tomato-based gravy instead of the white cashew-based one shown on their website. Despite this discrepancy, the taste was decent.
Full marks to service, very cheerful and motivated staff. Mahi was serving my table and he was excellent!!I had haleem, roti and gulab jamun and masala tea- Exceptional taste, highly recommended!!
Pathetic biryani and pathetic customer experience.Visited this place on 5 Nov 2022. Took forever to place an order. Placed order for Vijayawada chicken biryani and spicy. What was served was the most pathetic chicken biryani ever. 0 spice, uncooked and hard chicken pieces and salt less than required.Customer service: Asked for the WiFi password for the Pista guest wifi as my data network was weak. The guy at reception took my phone, entered something for password and then smiled at me wickedly saying it is not getting connected. I said if the password is correct, why will it not connect to which he just smiled in a wicked way and said its just not connecting. I went back and asked my brother to get wifi password from the same guy. He went and got the wifi connected in 1st try, meaning the guy knew the password, just didnt want to put in for me. Very weird. Not recommended.
