Front desk staff was amazing, personable and professional. They worked very hard to honor my specific requests for where I wanted my room located. That was so appreciated. From desk staff, waiters, gardeners, housekeeping and maintenance you cannot ask for better service and friendliness. I have been staying at Lemon Tree when I come to SB from northern CA. for over 25 years, it is like coming home. There are great r... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lemon Tree Inn:
The hotel looked plain (reminiscent of a motel) when we parked, but once we went inside it was really nice! We explored the hotel and it was gorgeous. They also had lots of lemon trees growing extremely large and yellow lemons, and when we asked if we could pick some they said yes! The room was quaint and cozy, but not extremely clean. I noticed some stains in the bathroom, on the bedsheets, and the towels, and a few... View all feedback.
Spent 4 nights here- 2 at once and 1 night on the return trip. Good location. Great food at restaurant. Front desk staff not at all engaging. Charged more than my reserved confirmation. Dirty towels in room the first night. No refrigerator in room on ourreturn trip and no towels. Ask for a pen and they directed me to a store up the road. The location is great. Rooms are large.Pool and patio are lovely. Not sure it's worth the price though. But I highly recommend the restaurant
A nice discovery. I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel in the summer of 2022 as I used it as a base to explore Santa Barbara. Very good location, just a few minutes drive from the beach and the center. The room was very large and very nice. Very highlevel of cleanliness. Only flaw was not including breakfast.
Really great location and room for the price. I stayed in the pool view king room and it was huge! We had our own little patio view of the pool and the accommodation in the room was clean and up to my standards for this 3 star hotel. It was quiet, clean, safe, accessible, and complete with the things you'll need. I gave it 4 stars because it was overall better than what we were expecting.
