What an am experience!!! We were fortunate enough to do the tasting menu and everything was above anything I expected!! The skate wing, the bone marrow, and hazelnut torte were three of the most wonderful dishes I have ever experienced in my life. I cannot wait to bring friends there that enjoy great food paired with a lovely atmosphere.
I came all the way from Australia and can I just say for once I have no words but I’ll try. The service was amazing I was blown away. Don’t get me started on the food I ordered a salad thinking it would be basic but it was an explosion of flavours in my mouth. Every bite was heaven every element of the meal paired perfectly. I was with my family and they ordered 3 servings of tacos I don’t think they liked them it is worth the 14 hr trip. Support this business you will not regret it.
This place offers the chefs unique take on dishes, and you are dining the techniques and the chefs palette of flavors than your usual sense of quality. For appetizer we had cherry tomatoes soaked in parmesan sauce topped with truffles, it was hard to describe the multitude of cheesy and citricity flavors. For main dishes we had the famous shoryu ramen and a daily special fish dish. The fish was a kind of roll made from Mediterranean sole and another type of fish I forgot that offered a strong taste, certain the server wasn't kidding when he said only if you like fish! The ramen however impressed tremendously. It is made from three types of broth, which again gives additional flavor to the traditional shoryu. But as you taste the soup after finishing the noodle, you realize how rich the shoryu flavor really was! Finally for desert we had a flourless chocolate torte, with condensed milk, caramel and a cherry paste as sauce. It was extremely dense and is a chocolate attack, without being too strong.on cocoa to make it bitter. What a dining experience! The only thing to be mindful of is to be patient, the dishes couldn't come fast.
The meal was delicious and innovative, complemented by vibrant presentation and attentive service.
