A perfect meal on July 4th. Rarely if ever can I say every aspect of a meal was outstanding, but between food, wine selection and service we had a 10 of 10 wonderful evening. We went fairly simple with filet and sea bass but both were flavorful and cooked spot on. Next time we will be bolder and trust the popular duck, venison and lamb dishes. Both our waiter and the staff were polite and efficient. The ambiance was also quite enjoyable. My wife and I both felt the food was good, but certainly not outstanding. My rib eye, from Snake River farms, (a supplier with whom I am very familiar) was oddly sliced and did not resemble any ribeye I've ever had. We had the most Beautiful Birthday experience last night. Our server Tony was Amazing, food was out standing and I cannot say enough about the whole experience. Except that Tony made the night. We are still talking about it today. If you are looking for an evening to remember this is the place.

This was our third time back and it lived up to the high expectations set previously. We and our family visitors enjoyed the scallops appetizer, sea bass, venison and duck! All were fabulous! Thank you, Morgan, for providing excellent service and creating a memorable evening for us! I highly recommend trying Bouchon!
Very nice place, wonderful dinner. We got the steak tartar which was phenomenal, and the wagyu ribeyes which were unfortunately a little cold but still tasty. For being wagyu it was a pretty lean cut of meat, so didn't really melt in your mouth, but the sides were really good. The service was 10/10, shoutout to our server Steven and his SA.
Wonderful experience! Being the only vegan in my party, I was worried that all I could get was a side of veggies. The chef made the most amazing vegan main course just for me! All the meat eaters were just as pleased with their meals! Fun night, amazing service! One of the best long standing restaurants in Santa Barbara!
