The Flame Broiler - Santa Ana

This was one of the best flame broiler experiences I've ever had. The staff was professional, fast, and went out of their way to ensure that my chicken dish was gluten-free. They also recommended a deliciously spicy chicken dish that was truly amazing. A big thank you to the team working during my visit - we will definitely be coming back soon.

The service is excellent and the restaurant is very clean. They offer healthy options with the choice to have sauce on the side. The broccoli servings are generous and perfectly cooked, with a nice crisp texture and no frozen taste.

The food was delicious and the customer service was extremely friendly. However, the restaurant does not have air conditioning. The kitchen looked a bit messy in the back, which made me feel sorry for the staff. I made sure to leave an extra tip, as it was uncomfortably hot inside.

My first time here. I wish I had found this place a long time ago. defeats the other similar food places. I'm glad I chose the mini dish or I wouldn't be able to finish it. it is a lot of food for me, sweets are perfectly cooked and delicious, so is the brown rice, a lot avocado also. and the meat is great. I'm hacked!

Place was empty with the recent lockdown, but staff was friendly and upbeat, with bowl made to order.
