Subway - Santa Ana

The staff is friendly, and the restaurant has great air conditioning. The food is packaged very well to prevent any spills. The workers are efficient and consistently ensure that orders are accurate. The food and toppings are always fresh and delicious.

The staff are friendly and helpful, but whenever I try to eat there during hot weather, they never turn on the air conditioning. The poor workers are left sweating, and when I asked why the AC isn't on, they told me they couldn't use it. I mentioned this issue to some of the old employees last year, and they said the owner never wanted to turn it on. While the food is decent, the working conditions leave much to be desired. I really feel for the staff.

The ingredients seemed to be a day old. The bread was too hard, and the tomatoes were mushy with a slimy coating. The staff didn’t know how to properly assemble a sandwich. I took one bite and ended up returning both my and my boyfriend's sandwiches. I love sandwiches, so this is really unusual for me—it's actually the first time in 26 years that I've given food back. This was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had, and that says a lot considering it’s Subway! The standards weren't very high to begin with. Alright, that's it. Goodbye.

Burnt bread!! I couldn't even bite into it, worst part didn't even get to enjoy my lunch break, the guy knew it was burnt why didn't he just start all over I was iffy about telling him to complete my sandwich but my hungry stomach and my short lunch brake didn't give me the time to sit there and argue about my burnt bread but tbh if you have burnt bread tell them to start all over cause that was just a horrible sandwich!

They wanted to get a protein dish, they told me they didn't have any. I asked why they said that we are not doing right now. If you have no, there should be a reason why not. hort service
