This was my second time here, I wanted to try something new but the umami burger is just sooo good I had to get it again. Maybe next time I will venture off, I am sure everything else is just as delicious. The burger melts in your mouth, the bun is so soft and fluffy it is like you are eating a cloud stuffed with delicious greasy meat. Oh and it is stuffed with the best roasted tomatoes. I am salivating as I write th... View all feedback.
What Mike Hunt doesn't like about Smorburgers:
Used to love this place until I found out they don’t actually serve s’more burgers. Such a disappointment. My son has been crying every night for weeks asking about the s’more burger I promised him. View all feedback.
I only ate the sweet potato fries with the tequila aioli and the black truffle garlic dip, but let me tell you, that alone is worth it. Idk what they put in their sauces or how they make their sweet potato fries but they are great, and I could eat an entire platter of them. Come here for the fries, I'll certainly come back to try the burgers.
Consistently produces the best tasting burgers that ive ever had.
4th Street Market is kind of a catfish because the condition it is in right now is so far from the pictures on its website. However, I am glad that I stopped by Smor for lunch yesterday. I had a pretty bad experience with its neighbor (looking at you Fakas , so my expectations were low. It was good though, Chef Joe gave me a few recommendations. I decided the Cali burger (called the In-N-Out 2.0 because it was the cheapest burger and because I was craving a simple yummy burger. I spent around $17 (after tax tip because I got the combo with fried and a soda. The burger was actually huge, I had to eat it with a fork and knife because I could get a good bite. The portion was generous, I couldn't finish the side of fries and I was full until night. I appreciate the fact that they have a lot of sauces for the fries. It's not everyday that people spent a few more bucks in a burger, but I think it's worth trying SmorBurgers because they do offer something a bit more in terms of taste and quality, but not as a chain like ShakeShack. : Definitely Smor over Faka anydays for comfort food in 4th Street Market.
The Chef was on Chopped. He gets it. What a fantastic burger. Sauces are all house made. You get two with your meal. Everything is perfect. Beef patty smashed and grilled. Bread fresh and fluffy. Fries were perfectly crisp and flakey exterior, with the light fluffy insides. This is an excellent burger stand. I'll be thinking about this place now, whenever I'm in Santa Ana, craving a burger, Smor will be the first to come to mind. I highly recommend. Only reason it's not a 5 is because $18 for a burger and fries from a stand is just a bit pricey for some folks. But it's damn good!
Had Umami Burger burger and Black Garlic Parm. Fries at the Trade location in Irvine. It was one of the best burgers in Irvine, up there with Eureka's Bone Marrow Burger. Excited to try every burger on the menu, which are some of the most creative in Irvine.
