Silva's Fresh Eatery - Santa Ana

The quality and amount of food you get for what you pay is amazing. I took my cousin here and he is all about grilling his own meat and using his smoker at home. I thought for sure he would be critical of restaurant cooked meat. But he was blown away. We will be going again for sure.

If you are looking for a buffet with a Brazilian flavor it was okay. Service was good but all you really needed was drinks with this buffet. Food was average. I have been to other churrascarias and the food is more flavorful and you have more choices. The tip off was the price. Its reasonable for this style of food but didn't compare to the higher end restaurants. Can't say I will go back but wouldn't tell someone not to go there, just don't expect a lot.

Decent selection of meat for the price. The salad and cooked food are carefully prepared with good taste, however, the salad leaf isn’t fresh enough...

I would not recommend this restaurant. I thought it was going to be a Brazilian steakhouse but it was more like a cafeteria. Food was in steamers for I don’t know how long. Our server was very nice however. The location of the restaurant is not in a very good part of town. I will not be returning.

Carver needs to be a little nicer. Express some personality. Salad bar inconsistent from last visit. Humus was horrible and mac dry. Last visit was great. Table service was excellent
