Pranzo Italian Grill - Santa Ana

My daughter and I had heard that this restaurant has great food and a wonderful view of Vancouver and it definitely was true on both counts. The wedge salad was a wonderful mix of sweet and salty, the prawn cocktail was perfectly done with a spicy dipping sauce and the served bread was warm and delicious. The service from all people working there was professional and accommodating. The view of the city was beautiful. I will make this restaurant a "must do" on my next visit.

Food was great but disappointed that we weren't seated outside as we had made the reservation days ahead and phoned the morning of to request this.

The food was not as good as it normally is. The service was okay but not exceptional.

We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, but we were extremely disappointed with our experience. The food was terrible and overpriced, with a limited selection available. The Caesar salad was especially bad, filled with bitter yellow lettuce. I hadn't been to this restaurant in years, and it has definitely declined in quality. I spoke with someone I know who had the same negative opinion. The service was mediocre, with slow service and even a busboy who argued with us when we asked for water that he forgot to bring. Overall, it was a waste of money and ultimately ruined the birthday celebration.

The restaurant was just okay. Despite all the hype, I didn't find it to be amazing. The views were nice on a sunny day, but that was the only highlight.
