I celebrated my doctor in this great place yesterday. happy to say that we enjoyed a pleasant evening and the restaurant was obviously one of the reasons for this successful celebration. The crew helped in a wonderful way, the food was delicious and my mates were very enthusiastic. We will certainly return for more cheerful events. Thank you. View all feedback.
What Z Dob doesn't like about Poketeria:
Ordered online. Food was prompt and clerk was courteous. However, the quality left much to be desired. The cucumbers we're fresh as well as the masago, but the scallops were tough, and the avocado comes as a slimy guacamole like goo. You could also smellthe fish as the container was opened, indicating some of the fish could have been more fresh. Unfortunately this is my firsttrip to this restaurant. View all feedback.
Love the sauces here. Seafood is fresh, I like the variety of toppings and I can order for pickup and they always nail my order! Friendly staff, clean place and in the sea of Poke sites in OC, this is one of my Go Zus safe.
My newest favorite poke place. If you love sushi, you'll love this place! The food is delicious and this place has the most toppings of all the places I've been to which I love. The interior is beautiful and spacious.
POKEteria is in its soft opening phase. On my lunch break I decided why not give it a shot. I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The ingredients were fresh and plenty of options to decide from. In my opinion the sauce is what makes a poke restaurant stand out from the rest. I selected the piquant Volcano sauce that in my opinion was tasty; however, I wish my protein wasn't drenched in it. All in all this will be a place I will visit frequently.
My go to spot for lunch if I didn't bring anything in from home. Cute atmosphere, friendly staff, GREAT Poke! I love how they offer octopus; definitely different from all the other poke stops I've been to. Pricing isn't bad either. I recommend going whenthey first open just because parking can be difficult.
First time visitor. I absolutely loved my lunch yesterday. In fact, I thought the food was so good I googled any Poke-terias around me and unfortunately there are none. On my way home from the Costa Mesa mall I came upon this little gem. I had no ideawhat to expect but a poke bowl sounded really good. When you walk in to the service counter, It 's sort of an assembly line toorder from reminded me how you order from Chipotle). You pick a carb rice is what I chose), a protein, you get threescoops. I picked salmon, spicy tuna, and shrimp) and a vegetable I chose sea kelp and smelt egg). The friendly employee told meI could pick as many vegetables as I wanted to. She also suggested to accompany my bowl a mixture of the House original sauce and the ginger sauce. What an awesome combination! I was in poke bowl heaven on the 55 freeway! I consider myself a sushiconnoisseur and I am very picky. And when I say connoisseur I have tried everything from 7-11 sushi to the most high endsushi California has to offer. This bowl is right up there with my most coveted sushi spot Ninja Sushi in Walnut, California).Anyhow, if you love sushi you will love poketeria . It 's worth the stop.
