What Jody Erickson likes about Pink Adobe Restaurant:
We were there for Restaurant Week Saturday night. Where to start!? The cocktails were amazing and made to our particular requests...extra time and care even tho they were so busy! The food was easily the best I have had out in Santa Fe! It was absolutely over the top fabulous! Having lived in New England for 15 years we were curious to try the Lobster Bisque and Crab Cakes...easily the best we EVER had! The new manag... View all feedback. What Toy Halvorson doesn't like about Pink Adobe Restaurant:
The restaurant patio is beautiful and a must see! The drinks were delicious but the food was horrible. We never complain but all three of our dishes were so gross. I ate one shrimp out of 7 because they tasted like rubber. My friend?s red enchilada tasted like powdered spice. We still tipped nicely because the service was great but the food is NOT worth $45 a plate. View all feedback.

read moreThe Pink Adobe offers a mixed dining experience with a beautiful outdoor setting and lovely small dining rooms filled with art. While the food received mixed reviews with some finding it overpriced and unappetizing, others praised the Lobster Bisque and Crab Cakes as some of the best ever tasted. The restaurant is known for its cozy and rustic atmosphere, with dishes like the Dunnigan Steak, Grilled Salmon, and Blue Corn Enchiladas receiving positive feedback. The Dragon Room bar next door offers a more casual vibe with a separate menu and discounted happy hour drinks. Overall, service was highlighted as exceptional and the experience was described as world-class for celebrations or special occasions.
