Olive Garden Italian - Santa Ana

Forgot my sunglasses on the table I call back to let them know about it they ask me for a description of them gave the description they said they had it ask them to hold them that I would pick them up next day I went next day and they said they didn’t have I asked them to review surveillance cámaras they said they couldn’t because they don’t have surveillance talk to a few people they said they could not help me cuz they just didn’t have have anymore

I came here to celebrate a 6 year anniversary. We received outstanding service from a server named Alex. He went above and beyond to give us the best service with a great attitude. I would rate this experience 10/10 out of any Olive Garden I have been too.

They try their best to give you good service. I appreciate that a lot. The evening I went, we had a server in training so there were other servers helping him out. When he told us the dofferent soups, I wish the trainers would have corrected him (at least in private) about how to pronounce some of the names of the dishes that were typical Italian restaurant staples like minestrone soup. The server pronounced it as mine strone instead of MIN-uh STRO-nee. Servers were very friendly as were the hosts at the front.
