I was skeptical of a non traditional dumpling, but damn was I wrong. Tried chicken and cheese, longganisa and turkey, they were great! Also, the French fries with bulgogi was incredible. I must say the amount of food for the price is really good. The vibe is nice as well. A+ View all feedback.
What Christy Mathews doesn't like about Mad Dumplings:
A little disappointed. I was one of the first customers and still waited almost 30 minutes for the food. The Bulgogi Bowl had tough, overcooked meat, only a few bites' worth of cabbage/onions, and was primarily comprised of rice. When I bit into one of the dumplings, all the filling popped out in one piece. The flavors were good, but sadly not worth the wait. View all feedback.

The longanisa and mac and cheese dumplings were the best!! Super unique take on dumplings. A would buy from again.

The wait time was grueling. I think my two-year-old could’ve wrapped the dumplings faster than the idiot behind the counter.
