Great food and a great time. We called and they were completely booked for dinner, but we still tried. They sat on the terrace that is only made for a terrace that people observe and heating for the lack of atmosphere outside. We had the opportunity to sit in the lounge bar or outside, so we choose outside. We were asked about any food allergies before we set ourselves so it was a nice gesture. All servers were very attentive and we have our drinks and food quickly. The food was very delicious and full of taste. Our server was beautiful and very knowledgeable about their drinks, our first time order a negro. I recommend this place for all things DTSA!
The first time here and what an amazing experience. The service was absolutely wonderful. Elizabeth was a pleasure. She checked us regularly and made sure that every dish came to our joy. I'm not a big fan of alcohol, but I occasionally like a very light and refreshing release. When I asked for drinks that are low-alcohol and refreshed on the taste, she made sure that the bartender puffed something near what I was looking for. I ended up with a pineapple coconut passion fruit concoction with exactly the right amount of rum where I could feel it, but not taste. Their level of attention immediately began our evening on a high note and it always remained better. My husband and I ordered the Hokkaido milk bread and butter and it was heavenly. The bread was crispy on the outside, warm and fluffy on the inside, and a creamy taste. The butter attached to the bread was rich and creamy and had a sweetness that complicated the cream of bread. We then ordered the slowly roasted Japanese yam, which was beautiful in aromas and in the coating. Yams themselves are unbelievable, but the brown butter soy lime emulsion had a sharp refreshing taste that balanced the heavy strength of the yams. The gai-lan were delicate and perfectly salted and added a bit crisp for the texture. Fine. For Entrees my husband ordered the Mozzazo-rigatoni. The menu describes it as if Cacio di Pepe and Carbonara had a baby, and I tell you that baby was absolutely divine. It's probably the best pasta I had in years. The creamy pasta burst with aromas and spices that simply worked amazingly together. For my own entree I ordered the wagyu Rock Steak lomo soltado. My husband and I visited some Peruvian restaurants. The Lomo soltado bleed out all the others we tried out of the water. The Wagyu was perfectly cooked medium and the level of heat was perfect. I enjoy spicy food, but I also like to enjoy my food, so I don't like the spice to affect the taste of my food. You have the balance right for me. My husband and I have our own entrees, but we share them half and half and none of us could decide what we liked better. They were both amazing, but their aromas were so wild differently we loved them only for what they were. And then there was the sticky toffee pudding. Holy monkey-loving witch. I don't have something delicious in my mouth, because my MIL made me addison's for my birthday. My mind was blown. The pudding itself was not sweet at all, so the toffee sauce could shine without overwhelming the sweetness. The whipped cream they served with him was salted. SALTED! So you get an salty sweet taste if you have your bite with whipped cream. The way they balanced the flavors in this one dessert was absolutely brilliant. You have a dense, seasoned cake with minimal sweetness, a beautiful toffee sauce full of delicious taste and a bit of saltiness to cut the sweets
One of the best places to eat in Orange County. The service was top Notch, the food was delicious. The menu is well thought out, not many things, but there is something for everyone. We had two kids with us so that it's not always easy. The swine fever was delicious, the Omlette was very well done and a change from the normal breakfast eggs Benedict. I can't wait to try her dinner.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. The craft cocktails were exceptional and we tried nearly all of the small plates, with the chicken mousse and crispy rice being among our favorites. I had the pork jowls which were served with fantastic house made tortillas, and it was perfectly cooked and the dish was perfectly balanced. Finished with sticky toffee pudding... One of my top 5 foods of all time! Very highly recommend!
