Buffalo Wild Wings - Santa Ana

Service always good and the wings and cheesecake are always good, fries are good. Salad is ok. The Mac and cheese was like some dollar store box Mac and cheese. It was ok but seriously, the lowest grade Mac and cheese I've ever had. The black bean burger was just gross. I couldn't eat it. Do better. Corporate BWW needs to buy better than super low grade junk products. To be clear the staff here is doing their best just that BWW needs to upgrade its products and menu to better quality. Sonic is far better than most of what y'all serve other than your wings. No excuse for a sports bar being that low grade. At least there was 80's rock videos on play for the sound for a change instead of some dumb sports event.

This BWW is the absolute worst. The service is horrible. They take forever. The quality of the food is terrible. I ordered to go and they packed some fries that were hard as rocks.

Terrible service. I came in at 5:30 and there was no hostess for 10 minutes. When she showed up I asked for a table for 2. She said she needed to seat the table of 5 first. They had been waiting since before I walked in. The issue was there was plenty of seating as you can see by my photos. When I was seated, I was seated at a dirty table with a chicken bone on the seat. Gross! The ceiling is leaking water with mold starting to grow. See pictures.

Don't believe the hype!! All these bad reviews had me skeptical from my Yelp community. However, my experience yesterday was 5 star!! I was helped by 4 people and all of them we're very accommodating. This place has like 60 TV's in it, there everywhere. Football mania. The burger was delicious. My food arrived fast and my beer service even faster. Donna and Paul were great!! They were on top of everything. Superb service from this wonderful team!! Paul was very nice as well and Donna was giving me those La Bamba vibes. I drove out of my way 97 miles on my roadtrip to enjoy a football Sunday and Buffalo Wild Wings delivered! Wonderful team.
