There was a good wine and drinks selection. Would recommend the vermouth and the rose wine. The first visit we had the the iberico pork fillet which was delicious. The olive oil mashed potatoes were fab. We had a few of the starters/tapas: the bomba, pan con tomate, the cauliflower, the fish bites the croquettes and the asparagus (not all in one visit! which were all very good. My partner also had the rabbit which he said was tasty. It's a very nice setting, especially if you go for lunch in the nice weather. We would definitely return.

It was a good idea to decide to eat at the salitre restaurant and I certainly recommend it. Although the letter is not very extensive, or economic, it is worth eating there for the treatment of the staff, for the quality of the food and for the wonderful views it offers. it is worthwhile.

They adapted... read more This is a beautiful seaside restaurant with excellent food, lovely service and great wine. We had a fabulous time. The fish was particularly good. They adapted a dish for a vegan guest without any trouble.

Visited for a sports function dinner. Service was excellent, the food really tasteful. After three starters it was a struggle to find room for the mains course... read more Visited for a sports function dinner. Service was excellent, the food really tasteful. After three starters it was a struggle to find room for the mains course and desserts. The sea bass was superb. The location is right by the sea, but a walk from the road down either a number of steps or for a flat walk, via another route further around the resort. This is important for those visitors with difficulty walking. Furthermore, the toilets are downstairs and there is no disabled access, so whilst a disabled person on a buggy could reach the restaurant, they would have a lot of difficulty finding a toilet. Unfortunately this last point is significant for a few, but otherwise the restaurant is excellent.

Last few weeks of the season but thus place is still churning out genuinely fresh fish and food of great quality. Lovely friendly staff as well. Sea Bass was beautiful as was the Lamb shank.
