I can say with peace of mind that Urfa, the city that is the capital of gastronomy, is the only address where such a taste is available in this ancient city where there are many delicacies, such as liver, cubed meat, seasoned heart, chicken breast, eggplant kebab that spreads like bulgur and many other tastes like this.
