They asked for two drinks, but the employee mistake... read more I’ve had good experiences with Jamba Juice before, but today there was a mix-up while my kids were ordering. They asked for two drinks, but the employee mistakenly thought they wanted three. Instead of handling it calmly, the woman taking the order approached them abruptly and insisted they had ordered three. Even if she was frustrated, it wasn’t appropriate to show it or direct it at children. It was an honest misunderstanding. They did get their drinks, but the customer service was disappointing. On the bright side, the drinks were excellent, and the person who made them was very friendly.
