I recently contacted the restaurant through the app to address an issue. I usually call the Denton location with questions because no one usually answers at the Sanger location. The Denton location informed me that Sanger was now under new management. So, I decided to place my order at Sanger through the app. To my surprise, my call was answered promptly in just 2 rings. The person who answered was knowledgeable, took my order over the phone, and assured me that even though my code had expired before I arrived at the store, it had been entered and would work when I got there. I was pleased to see that the new management at Sanger is now answering phone calls and serving good food once again.

We ordered catering from the Sanger location after ordering from Denton several times and being extremely satisfied. We will never order from Sanger again. We ordered catering for 12 people and got very minimal food. We called back and ask for additional food because there was no way the amount of food I paid for was going to be enough. We were told they would give us more of we would go back. We did and it was not even enough to make it worth our drive. We were informed the owner that the Denton location would be much better to suit our expectations. So save yourself time and go to Denton.
