I ordered the three-meat combo, selecting ribs, chicken, and brisket (the br... read more I visited Wavey’s last week, craving some authentic BBQ, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the three-meat combo, selecting ribs, chicken, and brisket (the brisket was incredible), and each was delicious. The collard greens and mac and cheese I had as sides were fantastic as well. While I don’t consider myself an expert, having lived in Memphis for eight years, I’ve experienced some exceptional barbecue. I can confidently say that Wavey’s Bar-B-Que is outstanding. I can’t wait to return!
