I have been buying these donuts for years and have always been satisfied. The staff is patient and helpful, and the donuts are fantastic! When I worked in Moore County, my coworkers would ask me to bring Sandra's donuts for our team meetings. I volunteered at an event for Sandra, and it was a disappointing experience. She was incredibly rude, not just to the volunteers but also to her own staff. I witnessed her yelling at her employees in front of customers for not giving her enough attention.
