have bought these donuts for years and were always satisfied. the staff is patient and helpful and the donuts are great! when I worked in moore co, my employees asked me to bring donuts of sandra for our team meetings! hands down the best doughnuts I've ever eaten with taking off britts in carolina beach, which is a completely different type of donut! I worked a volunteer event for Sandra herself. She was the worst person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was rude to all the volunteers and even her own staff. She yelled at her staff in front of customers for not paying her any attention. Have bought these doughnuts for years and have always been pleased. The staff is patient and helpful and the doughnuts are awesome! When I was working in Moore Co, my coworkers used to ask me to bring doughnuts from Sandra’s for our staff meetings! Hands down the best doughnuts I’ve ever eaten with the exception of Britts at Carolina Beach which is a totally different style of doughnut! I would say Sandra’s and Britts are BEST in their class!

I volunteered at an event for Sandra, and it was a disappointing experience. She was incredibly rude, not just to the volunteers but also to her own staff. I witnessed her yelling at her employees in front of customers for not giving her enough attention. She belittled and demanded too much from the volunteers, and when I decided to leave, she told the remaining volunteers that I had run off and implied they couldn’t handle the situation. In my opinion, she should not work in a customer-facing role. I certainly wouldn’t spend any money in her establishment, especially since it’s clear she doesn’t appreciate the people who help her.
