Burger Budz - Sanford

Really great smash burgers and fries! Plus the main root sodas are a must! The kiddo who was enjoying his whipped cream should be the face of the business! Buddy was marketing it to me as I was eating my food lol

Awesome! First time here. As I travel quite a bit I'm always looking for those non chain family food joints. I got the cheeseburger which is two smashed burger patties. It was excellent cooked perfectly. I also order the small hand cut fries which the girl taking my order warned me was large. Fantastic fries as well. I took the rest to go and ate them all. I will be back.

Found this place on Yelp while looking for a quick place to eat. The burgers were excellent. Plenty large sizes and plenty of shareable fries. All the burgers were advertised as doubles that were smashed and then the different toppings were added. We didn't ask, so not sure if they stick religiously to the double burger or will let you order a single. There were also daily specials listed behind the counter.It's fairly small inside with a limited number of tables which were all full, but there was plenty of foot traffic picking up orders to go. Plenty of packaged condiments on the table and they will bring you ones that aren't there like mayo. The store is in a strip mall and the only reason it's a 4 star and not a 5 is the only door opened up directly to the parking lot....it was a windy day and every time the door opened we all got a blast of cold air!I'd definitely recommend this place though, the best burger we've had in a long time!

I got a bit hungry visiting family and wanted a burger for lunch, a quick Google search led me to try this spot. Best move I made! Food was on point. Service was family friendly. The burgers were so good you couldn't put it down until it was gone. Got two burgers and a small fries, yes the fries in the photos are a small hand cut, cooked to order, locally grown potatoes. The meat was juicy, without being greasy. The fries were golden perfection, and the portions are large enough to be filling or a snack for later. I will definitely have to stop by again in the future.

We have been to Burger Budz multiple times, every time I have been happy with everything. Before today we had come a few weeks ago on our anniversary. Today we had a terrible day finding our motorcycle was stolen. After everything I didn't want to cook, the first place I thought of? Burger Budz. Awesome place, highly recommend. Try the bacon jam!
