Contribute FeedbackDespite some negative experiences with delivery and service, Papa John's location has left customers with mixed feelings. While some have experienced long wait times, order cancellations, and unaccommodating staff, others have praised the quick service and understanding management. Issues with online orders and delivery drivers seem to be recurring themes for this particular location. Overall, customers seem to have had varied experiences and opinions when dining at Papa John's. It may be worth trying for yourself to see where you fall on the spectrum of satisfaction.
Order for delivery, showed an hour or more waiting, I called the load to see if I could just pick it up. no problem since just a few miles away. they said the delivery fee was canceled, and I got a lot.
Ordered a delivery at 11:19pm and they said it would be at our hotel within 30 minutes and we waited and waited until around 12 and they were already closed. And we never received our pizza nor a phone call telling us they canceled our order. Called themanager the next day and he was rude and didn?t have much to say. Would not recommend using this papa johns. Poor services forsure
Ordered pizza to be delivered was told 30 mins to an hour? more then an hour passed so called to see how much longer it would be and was told it would be another hour and when I asked why I was told a different time was cussed out so needless to say I nevergot my order?. Ordered from a different place as it was cheaper?.
I ordered a medium meat pizza w/ extra meat from Papa John's on Broad St. They charged me but there was no extra meat on it. One slice had maybe 3 pieces of meat. I addressed this with the manager and he just kindly blew me off. I was hungry and on a30 minute break. I will not support a store that really doesn't appreciate my business. I went the next week and orderedfrom PIZZA HUT. Everything was GREAT!!! I FEEL IF YOU DON'T VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS,. WHY ? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER ????????
Wanted delivery for a small pool party, but the site wouldn't ring up the order, so I had to go pick it up. Found out when I got there that the guy cancelled delivery orders due to having only one driver, which is understandable with all of the bad reviewsfor slow delivery time. It was done before I got there and still hot when I got home (10 minute drive each way). The pizza waslight on sauce, but I actually liked it this way since a 2-year old was also partaking (less mess). I see a lot of bad reviewsfor this location, but I'll still give it another try. Maybe I lucked out and got a good crew on a Monday evening? If you can,just order carry out instead of delivery. I imagine the experience will be much better due to driver shortages literallyeverywhere
