Sunken Chip - SANDY BEACH

My wife and I went here for lunch on a Sunday as we had not been to Sandy Beach for many years even though we live not far away and were glad we did. We had Fish and Chips with a couple of extras and found everything well cooked, tasty and to our liking. The girls who served us were friendly and enjoying the piped music as we did even though it was a bit loud for us old folk but no worries. We sat outside on the deck in the sun enjoying the food, with a glass of wine (we brought a bottle) while looking at the reserve and beachfront opposite.We are definitly coming back with the family and our grandkids who will be happy to enjoy the playground in the park, followed by a good walk up the beach to work off the calories.Also , plenty of car parking and very quiet friendly area with no problems.

We were there for their breakfast, ordered the Brekky Wrap n Bacon n Eggs. It was delicious :) Nice ambience and friendly staff, worth a visit...

Great food, great coffee, wonderful atmosphere. Had the classic burger but I want to try them all, three thumbs up ???? Bit of a drive from home but will be back

Wish I could rate this place more highly!! Food is superb in every way. Couldn't be fresher and tastier!! I had the pulled pork burger and it was delicious. Service is top class and so friendly you feel like family straight up.... well done guys-you have a good thing happening here!!

We were invited to breakfast here but it was a once only experience. May be okay as a local takeaway but if they want trade they would have to improve a lot. The food was not provided together even though we were all (7 of us) seated at the only big table there, our orders were yelled out for us to collect (from a distance of 6 feet away!), the food - which was quite okay for the main part - looked like it had been thrown into the cardboard tray in which it was served. For the money paid it was poor. Not going back there for breakfast.
